Hi, I was born Demia, but was reborn in 2015 as DalpremKaur! ‘One that has mastered group consciousness!’ What does yoga mean to me? As a practitioner and teacher of Kundalini Yoga, it means ‘An expansion of strength and healing with GOD!’ I’ve been teaching and leading for over a decade and I’m truly grateful for all my blessings from teaching and meeting such awesome people! It is truly a blessing and a calling to hold space and teach this beautiful technology! I wouldn’t change it for anything and it was the best decision I ever made, becoming a Kundalini Yoga Teacher!
